What would you do with 8 more hours in the day? Would you get more work done? Spend more time with family? Maybe even get a little bit more golf in or pursue that passion you always wanted to pursue? Or would you go on a rampage? Slowly but surely, edging closer and closer toward insanity. Maybe with each additional passing hour, you start having thoughts you’ve never had before. For some, that means cracking open two extra bags of cheesy puffs. For Theo Von? Having 8 more hours means cheating on a wife he doesn’t even have.
In the Joe Rogan Experience episode #1847, Rogan poses a question of just that. What would you do if you didn’t have to sleep? For Theo Von having 8 more hours is too much. His reason? It’s hard enough for guys to get through 16 hours without doing an eight-ball or running around on their lady. 8 more hours? Half the dudes are going to check out.
This joke comes just before Rogan and Von talk about billionaires being aliens. The prime suspect, you ask? None other than that boy Elon Busts. A picture of a shirtless Elon Musk comes up on the screen. Strikingly, his skin beams in the light like a snowed-out winter’s day. Why is his skin so white? And thus, speculation precedes. Joe Rogan says it’s because he works non-stop. The lack of sunlight causes a ghostly appearance. Indeed, Musk is always working up something. When he’s not sending things to space trying to habituate Mars, he’s busy creating cars that drive themselves into flames. Or worse, off the road. I’m only kidding, of course. Musk obviously has his hands on a ton of things. Even the most simple lad would question how he can handle it all. I’ll tell you how. He’s an alien. Duh.
Why else would other billionaires be so concerned with space? Just look at Jeff Bezos. The Amazon founder has been itching to get into the space industry. Maybe they’re part of a secret alien society living amongst us all here on Earth. They probably all want to get home before they ruin our planet. Knocking out all of the mom-and-pop stores to monopolize. Kinda makes you question why Elon Musk is keen on getting people to live on Mars. As if our planet is already a lost cause or something. What would a city be like on Mars if Musk created it? I picture raging EDM everywhere you go and a bunch of cyborgs roaming around. I feel like everything would look like Elon Musk, too. Like there’s a bunch of Shiba Inu dogs running around, except they’ve been altered to resemble Musk. Everyone is in work mode, trying to get to Uranus or something.
Anyway, Joe Rogan and Theo Von always have the best podcast episodes. Check out this hilarious video of Theo Von answering Joe Rogan’s question about not needing sleep. And if ya like it, spread the laughter with someone in your life!
